GAME DAY REMINDERS
BEFORE THE GAME
Pick Up Equipment
Know the team being filmed and what equipment is needed.
The Invite
Check Google Invite to know time, location, and drive time. **Plan for Traffic**
Be Prepared
Keep yourself and equipment dry. Be careful if it’s windy, or your umbrella will fly away.
ON SITE
Keep Bo Updated
Text updates on arrival, after set up, halftime score, and final score. Call if you have questions or issues.
Customer Service
Wear your orange – coaches look for this color. Introduce yourself to coaches or managers and check in at halftime.
Test Equipment
The cameras record and have power, the tripod is level and has a clear view of field, cables and bags are off the floor, IR is working.
DURING THE GAME
The Game
Record coin toss on both cameras. Label Instant Replay O/D/K. Do not get jumped or miss plays. Record fights if they happen.
Scoreboard
Get a 3 second clip of the scoreboard (or the sky if board cant be seen) after turnovers, PAT, end of quarters, and halftime.
End of game
Get a 3 second clip of the handshake and scoreboard. Text Bo the final score. Pack up equipment neatly and head back to the office.
